Susan is amazing, she takes such care with every nail. Found my go to nail spot now :)

I came to Susan with paper thin & brittle nails after doing gel nails at another salon and after taking a break from gel nails. Susan educated me on BIAB nails and also compared other techniques and explained what would be best for what types of nails and also explaining the differences between hard gel, soft gel and BIAB nails as well as aftercare. She brought my nails back to life and they’ve been stronger ever since (no breakage at all) and she’s also great at understanding what you want but also being realistic on whether or not it is something that can be done and gives honest feedback, which I really appreciate! I’ve been going to Susan for about 3 times now and will definitely keep coming back.

Finally I have found somewhere in HK that does BIAB! I have been to Susan’s studio several times now- I love my nails every time. She pays attention to detail and never takes shortcuts. She will never use techniques which damage your natural nails! 1000% would recommend Susan :)

Susan did my first biab manicure and it was lovely! She explained the process well and also gave me advice how to handle it when I travel out of Hong Kong. Most importantly tools and equipment are clean. Highly recommend to anyone who wants better manicure experience!

My go-to pedicure place. I haven't looked back since I started going to Susan. She's incredible. Her work is intentional and she puts in the effort to give you what you want. I always come out of my appointment feeling good!
